Fleet Landing at Nocatee features Tower Apartments, Flats and Cottages. Placing a reservation deposit — which will be applied to your entrance fee upon move-in — is the first step toward residency. We offer 30 different floor plan options ranging in size from 849 sq. ft. to 2,964 sq. ft. This no-risk deposit is refundable if you should change your mind. The community will offer multiple, restaurant-style venues for casual and fine dining. There will be a state-of-the-art fitness center, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, dog park, and bike share. Also on-site will be a performing arts center, game rooms, and an art studio. The campus will include a walkable, central greenway with paths connecting to the Nocatee Greenway Trails, which consist of more than 5,000 acres of parks protected wildlife corridors, and wetland preserves. Residents will also have access to all the leisure and entertainment amenities within the master-planned community of Nocatee.

Fleet Landing at Nocatee offers multiple entrance fee options for a variety of residence styles to fit your financial plans and lock in long-term savings. These plans provide all the same benefits of residency, with the sole differences appearing in the amount of the Entrance Fee paid, the size of refund provided, and the Health Care Benefit. Depending on residence size, location and number of Residents, entrance fees start at $395,000 and continue up to $800,000 and higher.
