What is a Life Plan Community and how does it differ from other options?

Fleet Landing at Nocatee will be a Life Plan Community offering senior independent residential living for adults age 62 or better, providing services, amenities, and long-term care. A one-time entrance fee guarantees life time residency, enjoyment of amenities, and access to on-site care for genuine peace of mind.

What does the Priority Club offer me?

The advantages of becoming a Priority Club Member are as follows:
- You will be among the first in line to know details like pricing and floor plans, choice of location, and the individual/couple will be eligible for package of Charter Program Benefits once the full reservation process begins in late summer 2024.
- You will have the opportunity to place a Reservation Deposit, equal to ten percent of the entrance fee of the residence selected, to secure the residence of your choice and you will also receive Charter Program Benefits if you are an early reservation depositor.

How do I start the process to reserve a new residence?

The Marketing Team at Fleet Landing at Nocatee is currently working to secure a list of the most interested individuals/couples who would like to make sure they have a place in line to soon reserve a new residence. The Priority Club has been initiated to build awareness and take full advantage of the time during development when the pricing, floor plans, community amenities, site map, are all being confirmed.

Once individuals join the Priority Club, by placing a fully refundable $100 deposit which secures their priority date, one is assured a place in line to view final plans and pricing and decide if a new residence at Fleet Landing is the right fit for them.

When is Fleet Landing at Nocatee scheduled to open?

A construction timeline for Fleet Landing at Nocatee has yet to be finalized. Priority Club Members will be apprised of key developments along the way, and given the first opportunity to select and personalize their new residence.

What amenities will Fleet Landing at Nocatee offer?

The community will offer multiple, restaurant-style venues for casual and fine dining. There will be a state-of-the-art fitness center, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, dog park, and bike share. Also on-site will be a performing arts center, game rooms, and an art studio. The campus will include a walkable, central greenway with paths connecting to the Nocatee Greenway Trails, which consist of more than 5,000 acres of parks protected wildlife corridors, and wetland preserves. Residents will also have access to all the leisure and entertainment amenities within the master-planned community of Nocatee.

These and other amenities will all be part of Fleet Landing at Nocatee’s WELLInspired™ program to inspire and support whole-person wellness and an active lifestyle.

What is the construction timeline and the anticipated date for opening?

We are focused on securing future Resident interest through the Priority Club and will move into receiving actual reservations in the late summer and early fall of 2024. Once the reservation process begins later this year, the construction timeline for 2025 and 2026 will become more specific.
