When you or your loved one are independent but find that some daily activities have become a challenge, Assisted Living is here to provide support and empowerment.
No one can predict what the future will hold for each of us — especially when it comes to our health. As a continuing care retirement community, Fleet Landing offers a full continuum of services to support a full and abundant lifestyle no matter how your or your loved ones needs may change.
For Residents who need some assistance with daily tasks, we offer personalized Assisted Living at our Leeward Manor neighborhood with just the right level of support to empower maximum independence. Residents with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia benefit from our specialized Memory Care residence, Nancy House, which provides a distinctive, homelike setting designed to accommodate individual preferences and choices. Long-Term Care is available in the John and Marian Derfer Healthcare Pavilion at Fleet Landing for those who require 24-hour skilled nursing care.
Coming this year, our expansion will add 38 new, private Assisted Living residences and a new Therapy Gym. While Fleet Landing Residents always have priority access to all levels of care on our campus, direct admission/direct choice is accepted for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Long-Term Care.
