For Residents who need some assistance with daily tasks, we offer personalized Assisted Living at our Leeward Manor and North Point neighborhoods with just the right level of support to empower maximum independence. Residents with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia benefit from our specialized Memory Care residence, Nancy House, which provides a distinctive, homelike setting designed to accommodate individual preferences and choices. Long-Term Care is available in the John and Marian Derfer Healthcare Pavilion at Fleet Landing for those who require 24-hour skilled nursing care.
While Fleet Landing Residents always have priority access to all levels of care on our campus, direct admission/direct choice is accepted for Assisted Living and Memory Care.
