U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 Best Nursing Homes Names Fleet Landing Among Best in Florida

Atlantic Beach, FL – Fleet Landing has been named a Best Nursing Home for 2025 by U.S. News & World Report, achieving a coveted “High Performing” rating for Short-Term Rehabilitation—the highest possible designation.

Since 2009, U.S. News has provided families with trusted insights to guide decisions about short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. This recognition underscores Fleet Landing's commitment to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care through its Life Care Community.

The U.S. News 2025 ratings assessed nearly 15,000 nursing homes nationwide, using data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Communities were evaluated on patient outcomes, staffing levels, use of antipsychotic medications, infection rates, and more. Only those demonstrating consistent excellence in these areas earn the Best Nursing Home designation.
