COVID-19 UPDATE 6.4.20

In the face of COVID-19, Fleet Landing’s top priority continues to be the safety and well-being of our Residents and team members. Our leadership team is diligently responding to changes in guidance set forth by local and state officials, as well as regulatory agencies. Fleet Landing’s testing initiatives are ongoing per CDC guidance and, at this point, focus primarily on the Derfer Pavilion. While we have had two team members and one Resident test positive for the coronavirus, they have since tested negative, and, along with all other Residents and team members, remain symptom free. As Jacksonville prepares to move into Phase 2 tomorrow, June 5th, Fleet Landing will maintain our current infection control measures, including restricted visitation.  Our community will begin to expand wellness and dining opportunities, as well as visitation to independent living Residents, once Jacksonville is in Phase 3.  Changes to operational policies and procedures in our Health Services settings will be made based on guidance from health agencies.  Thank you for your continued patience and support of our efforts.  Please email contactus@fleetlanding.com with any questions or concerns.
