COVID-19 Update 3.31.21

At Fleet Landing, we continue to be encouraged by the progress that has been made with the pandemic. There have been no new cases at our community in over six weeks and the Duval County positivity rate remains below 5%. We continue to monitor CDC, AHCA, and other regulatory agencies for updates. We are happy to share revised visitation guidelines for our Health Services neighborhoods, which includes the ability to have longer visits, without appointments. In our independent living neighborhood, Residents continue to enjoy hosting friends and family at their discretion. Visitors and employees will continue to be screened for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 upon entry to Fleet Landing.
