COVID-19 Update 12.23.2020

Fleet Landing is pleased to share that our community received our first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine this week. Walgreens pharmacy has been on-site to provide the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine to our Residents and team members in the Derfer HealthCare Pavilion, home to our most vulnerable population.  We anticipate that they will also provide vaccines to Residents in Leeward Manor and Nancy House.

With the rollout of a vaccine and promise of brighter days ahead, we are optimistic yet know that we must maintain our diligence during the height of the holiday season. We will continue to follow public health agency guidance to ensure we are doing all that we can to stay safe throughout the pandemic while working diligently to ensure that this is meaningful time for our Residents. If you are planning to visit friends or family here at Fleet Landing, please be sure that you are following our visitor guidelines for the specific setting you will be in.
