COVID-19 Update 12.17.2020

Fleet Landing continues to receive new information regarding the highly anticipated COVID-19 vaccine. Our most recent information indicates that the state will first provide skilled nursing facilities with the vaccine for administration to Residents and staff, and will then move to the assisted living communities. The Fleet Landing health services team is communicating pertinent details to Residents and families so that we are prepared for when the vaccine becomes available to us. We will communicate information regarding vaccines for our Residents and team members in our independent living neighborhoods as it becomes available.

As we move deeper into the holiday season and are seeing an increase in coronavirus cases in our area, it is extremely important that we continue to take the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of illness. Hand washing, maintaining physical distance, and mask wearing continue to be the most important steps we can take.
