COVID-19 Update 11.4.2020
The safety and well-being of our Residents and team members continues to be our top priority as we navigate the coronavirus pandemic. Thank you for your continued support. We continue to monitor the Duval County positivity rate. With the rate on the rise we reinforce the need to be diligent with safety precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on our campus. Good handwashing, wearing masks, and maintaining physical distancing continue to be our first line defenses.
There have been no new cases of coronavirus identified at Fleet Landing. Per CMS guidelines and the increasing positivity rate in Duval County, Derfer Healthcare Pavilion team members are now being tested no a weekly basis. Tests results this week have all been negative. As there have been no additional positive cases in Leeward Manor, general visitation will be re-opening to Leeward Manor and Nancy House families on November 5th. Visitation to the Derfer Healthcare Pavilion has been ongoing. All visitors to our Health Services settings must participate in training and schedule visits at least 48hours in advance.
Please email contactus@fleetlanding.com with questions regarding visitation and our COVID-19 response.
