COVID-19 Update 10.7.2020

Thank all of you for your ongoing support and understanding as we continue to progress through the pandemic. We are encouraged by the positivity rates in Duval county remaining below 5% and pleased to report that there are currently no active cases of COVID-19 at Fleet Landing.  We are continuing to open up wellness and dining opportunities, while maintaining necessary safety precautions.  Registered visitors are permitted for Residents in independent living.  For those living in our supported living neighborhoods, Derfer Pavilion, Leeward Manor and Nancy House, we have been delighted to welcome back loved ones for in-person visits, while following state and federal guidelines to ensure safety.
