COVID-19 Update 10.28.2020

Thank you for your continued support as we navigate the coronavirus pandemic.  We continue to monitor the Duval County positivity rate.  With the rate on the rise we reinforce the need to be diligent with safety precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on our campus. Good handwashing, wearing masks, and maintaining physical distancing continue to be our first line defenses.  

All Resident and team members living and working in the Derfer Healthcare Pavilion, Leeward Manor, and Nancy House were tested last week by Fleet Landing.  We are happy to report that those tests have all come back negative.  A Leeward Manor team member, who had previously been quarantining due to an exposure, did receive a positive test result outside of the work place.  Due to this positive result, general visitation has been paused until November 5thfor Leeward Manor and Nancy House.
