COVID-19 Update 10.21.2020
The safety and well-being of our Residents and team members continues to be our top priority at Fleet Landing. As the Duval County positivity rate is increasing, we continue to take all of the necessary precautions to keep our community safe. Since our last update, we have had one team member in Leeward Manor test positive for COVID-19. They are isolating at home and contact tracing has been completed. In response to the increase in cases in our area, Fleet Landing has moved forward with a round of testing for all Health Services team members and Residents. Testing that was completed on Monday of this week shows no positive cases.
Registered visitors continue to be permitted for Residents in independent living. For those living in our supported living neighborhoods, Derfer Pavilion, Leeward Manor and Nancy House, we have been delighted to welcome back loved ones for in-person visits, while following state and federal guidelines to ensure safety. Visitation to Leeward Manor and Nancy House has been paused, and barring no additional COVID-19 cases, is expected tore-open on August 28th.
Thank you to our Residents and team members for their continued diligence in taking the necessary precautions to minimize the impact of the coronavirus on our campus.
Please email contactus@fleetlanding.com with questions regarding visitation and our COVID-19 response.
